Review station module and product information before starting your shift. Handle prep duties as needed. Ensure the freshness and quality of all prepared items. Prepare station menu items promptly, with attention to detail and quality. Clean as you go and perform special cleaning duties as assigned by the Manager. Work collaboratively with other team members and stations, showing personal commitment. Adhere to safety and sanitation practices, including frequent glove changes. Follow all personal and food safety procedures. Have fun, smile, and make positive, friendly eye contact with guests. Understand and actively participate in our Guest Obsession culture. Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills. Positive and encouraging attitude. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations. Team player mentality. High sense of urgency.
