Join our team in The Woodlands, TX, a vibrant community known for its excellent quality of life and business-friendly environment. We are seeking skilled individuals to be part of our dynamic manufacturing team, specializing in the production of PDC (diamond) drill bits. This role offers the chance to work on the full spectrum of manufacturing processes, from fabrication to final inspection.
As a valued team member, you will engage in various manufacturing sub-processes including CNC machining, welding, brazing, and more. You will have the opportunity to learn and master multiple operations, enhancing your skills and career progression. Your expertise in reading and interpreting PDC bit drawings and schematics will be crucial in ensuring high-quality production.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in manual assembly and/or fabrication.
- Proficiency with measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to comprehend engineering documents and perform basic math calculations.
- Capability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Preferences:
- Experience with pneumatic and electric hand tools.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts and availability for weekends as needed.
