Job Summary:
The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with client organizations. This role requires a proactive approach to building talent pipelines, fostering client relationships, and delivering high-quality recruitment services to meet staffing needs. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), networking events, and referrals to attract and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client roles.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and company culture to ensure accurate candidate matching.
  • Job Posting: Create and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Data Management: Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams to enhance the recruitment experience.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to provide strategic recruitment insights.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition; experience in a staffing agency is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency with ATS software and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
