Glazing Estimator
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review project plans, details, specifications, and related documents to determine project requirements
- Select, measure, track, and analyze project plan data and metrics
- Attend onsite meetings as necessary to conduct proper estimates
- Monitor invitations to bid closely
- Create and present project estimate reports to the Senior Estimator
- Submit proposals in a timely manner
- Follow up with clients on a weekly basis
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of implementing data and metrics to calculate costs
- Ability to read and understand plans and measurements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of project and product details
- Strong proficiency with Glazier Studio, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with AI tools
