Talent Acquisition Assistant

Job Overview MCI is a technology and services company that provides customer experience (CX) and outsourcing solutions. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to help recruit and attract top talent for our various positions. This role supports the entire recruitment life‑cycle, offers competitive compensation and bonuses, and provides training and career growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to generate new advertising ideas, run employee referral contests, and organize open‑house events. Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and text. Multitask in a high‑volume environment while maintaining quality. Navigate scheduling systems across multiple calendars. Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates, including conducting criminal background checks and drug screens. Complete daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities and statistics. Maintain employment records and keep employee files up to date and organized. Process administrative tasks within the human resources systems to maintain employee information and time‑keeping data. Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Understanding of and willingness to adhere to process guidelines. Exceptional time‑management skills. Solid sense of ownership and proactivity. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools. Impeccable attendance. Ability to thrive in a metrics‑driven, fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Timely, proactive, and assertive problem‑solving abilities. Strong understanding of confidentiality and data privacy. Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required. Employees will be largely sedentary, sitting or standing for long periods using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional light physical activity may be required, such as moving objects up to forty (40) pounds. Job Requirements Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
