Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and progress. Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Texas. Prior experience in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
