Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active Florida Medical License or eligibility to obtain

• Active DEA License or eligibility

• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation care
