Join Cervello-Wellness as a Front Desk Associate in Rockville, MD, where you'll be the welcoming face of our holistic wellness center. This exciting role offers the opportunity to interact with clients daily and support their journey to better health in a vibrant, friendly environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for services.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Process payments and manage client records accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with wellness practitioners to enhance client experience.
- Promote services and wellness programs to clients effectively.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health or wellness is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude and a passion for wellness and client care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of holistic health practices is an advantage.
