Leasing Consultant – Rentyl Apartments (Lattitude 34) – Greer, SC

Job Type: Seasonal (with strong potential for full‑time)

Location: Lattitude 34 Apartments – Greer, SC

Rentyl Apartments is looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our team at Lattitude 34 , one of Greer's premier apartment communities. If you have a passion for customer service, apartment leasing, sales, and creating exceptional resident experiences, this is an opportunity to shine.

• Conduct engaging, personalized apartment tours that highlight community features

• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents

• Support resident retention by delivering exceptional customer service

• Create social media content to promote the community and drive leasing traffic

• Work 3–4 weekends per month (with two weekdays off) to meet peak leasing demand

• Experience in leasing , sales , customer service , or hospitality

• Strong communication skills-phone, text, email, and in‑person

• Confident using social media for marketing and engagement

• Professional, polished presentation and a friendly, outgoing personality

• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using leasing software and mobile apps

• Customer‑first mindset with natural sales ability
