Graham Personnel Services is seeking a highly organized Accounting Specialist to oversee daily accounting functions and support overall office operations. This role is responsible for financial reporting, bookkeeping, and ensuring the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
• Record daily journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist with budget preparation and monthly financial reporting
• Process payroll and support employee benefits and insurance administration
• Maintain organized and accurate records, both financial and administrative
• Oversee general office operations such as filing, correspondence, and supply management
• Review records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Identify and implement improvements to office processes and workflow
• Prepare reports for management as needed
• May assist with training or supervising administrative staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business (required) 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or office administration Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Effective communication skills
