We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Workers to join our team. Full-time and part-time positions are available on all shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary

Personal Care Workers provide direct support and assistance to individuals with activities of daily living in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
• Assist with medication reminders
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team members
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being at all times

Schedule Options

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible scheduling
• Day Shift
• Evening Shift
• Overnight Shift
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, personal care, healthcare, or related field preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and any required screenings
