Metal Masters of Florida Inc is looking to hire individuals as assistant/helper in their metal fabrication facility. This entry level Shop Helper will have the ability to accurately use a measuring tape, work with a variety of machine shop tools, maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, as well as stay compliant with all safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities/Duties

· Grind/Chisel parts according to specs

· Lift Burdens and move parts as required

· Clean and sweep work station at designated times

· Clean and organize and organize metal drop racks

· Help team leads in what they ask help in

· Learn new skills and make yourself more valuable to the company

Required Skills and Experience

· Must have High School Diploma or GED

· Agree to comply with all safety processes and procedures.

· Able to stand and work for extended periods of times (8 hours)

· Good attendance and positive attitude are a must.

· Punctuality and willingness to work overtime.

· Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Job requires sitting, standing, reading, writing, computer skills, walking and lifting at 20 to 50 lbs. occasionally in Office and Warehouse environments.
