Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP license in California, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates also considered
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals for eligible students
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports according to school and state requirements
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an expert in communication disorders
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions that support student success in the classroom
