OB/GYN (Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility) Position in Southern California!

Position Overview OB/GYN (Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility) full‑time or part‑time position located in Southern California. Clinic hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm. 3‑month call rotation (1:3) with once‑a‑month call responsibilities. Responsibilities See an average of 8–10 patients daily. Provide clinical and surgical care for IVF, egg bank and surrogacy services. Collaborate with dedicated case coordinators and physician assistants. Manage international and third‑party volume in a patient‑centric environment. Participate in clinic workflow and continue quality improvement initiatives. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging from $400,000 to $800,000, dependent on experience and credentials. First‑year signing bonus and bonus incentive structure available. Full benefits including medical, dental, disability, malpractice, retirement, PTO, CME reimbursement, and more. No visa sponsorship. Additional Information Practice is over 25 years old and is replacing a departing physician who is moving to a MIGS practice.
