Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control in Camden, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor visitor activity, and support a welcoming, secure environment. You will communicate professionally with employees, contractors, and guests while helping to deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and deliveries; maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site procedures. Control entry and exit of vehicles and personnel, screen incoming deliveries as directed, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
