What You'll Do
- Keep Things Running: Maintain a clean, organized dish area so the kitchen can operate smoothly.
- Stay in the Action: Wash dishes and equipment quickly and efficiently to support the team.
- Take Care of the Space: Keep kitchen equipment clean and functioning properly.
- Be a Team Player: Jump in and help wherever needed to keep service flowing.
- Follow Safety Standards: Learn and follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Stay Moving: Manage trash, recycling, and cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Grow Your Skills: Learn the flow of a fine-dining kitchen and develop solid culinary foundations.
