Qualifications & Experience:

• Current registration as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent)
• Prior experience in clinical MRI imaging settings
• Proficient knowledge of MRI safety, procedures, and equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Valid BLS certification
• Flexibility and adaptability in a travel/work assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and department protocols
• Accurately position patients for imaging and ensure patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care
• Carefully evaluate images for clarity and diagnostic quality
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
• Document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards
