PAY 21.50- 28.00 (with additional bonuses based off performance after going Permanent!)

We’re looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join a leading manufacturer of premium, custom-engineered equipment . If you take pride in precision, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of a team building innovative products, this is your opportunity.

Work in a modern facility designed to maximize productivity while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

• Start your day with a 6:30 AM safety meeting to keep everyone protected and prepared
• Participate in daily team planning sessions to align on production goals
• Work in small, collaborative teams (2–3 people) on projects of varying size
• Read blueprints and work instructions to lay out and prepare materials
• Perform MIG welding on carbon steel , fabricating and assembling components
• Ensure precision fit and high-quality welds that meet industry standards

Required:

• 6+ months of MIG welding experience (schooling or on-the-job)
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience working with carbon steel

Preferred:

• Flux-core welding experience
• Ability to pass a bend test and run a bevel
• TIG welding experience
• Experience with stainless steel welding

• Open-air, climate-regulated welding facility (can get warm in summer)
• Consistent schedule with overtime opportunity

Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gatesville, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.29 - $26.37/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Gatesville,TX.
