A leading building materials supplier is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and help drive continued growth at their Orlando location. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a building materials distribution operation with a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations
• Lead, coach, and develop operations team members
• Manage inventory accuracy, purchasing, and product flow
• Improve operational processes and efficiency
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and customer service support
• Partner with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a strong safety culture and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Operations or management experience within building materials, distribution, or related industries
• Experience leading a warehouse or branch operation
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and process improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
