We're looking for someone who shares that belief. A design sales professional who genuinely loves sitting across from a homeowner, listening to how they live, and creating something beautiful and functional that they couldn't have imagined on their own.

Two paths depending on what fits your life:Trade Partner — You operate your way. Highest earning potential, no ceiling, full flexibility. The best in this industry earn $150K or more. Bring your talent and we bring everything else including a constant flow of project leads so you can focus on what you do best — designing and closing.
W2 Employee — Base plus commission, company generated leads, benefits, and the full support of a team that's been doing this for over two decades.
What matters to us:Experience in custom cabinet, closet, or in-home design sales. Comfort with design software. And most importantly a genuine ability to connect with people and help them see possibilities they didn't know existed.
