Sr Finance Analyst

- $90,000 - $130,000 +

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Support financial decision-making through analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Evaluate and interpret financial data to identify key trends and performance drivers.
- Prepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership and business partners.
- Build and maintain financial models to support planning and budgeting efforts.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to assess the financial impact of initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information through regular reconciliation and quality control.
- Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
- Utilize analytical tools and data systems to manage, document, and report financial information.
- Remain adaptable and open to learning new analytical tools or methods as needed.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Math or Related Field.• Experience in Financial and Data Software.
• 5+ Years of Financial Analytics/Business Analytics Experience.
• Understanding of Financial Statements & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
