Overview Ultrasound Technologist – Radiology in Helena, Montana. This travel assignment starts on 06/21/2026 for 13 weeks with 40 guaranteed hours per week on a standard 8x5 day shift (08:30–17:00, Monday–Friday) in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,094 to $2,263 per week. The role emphasizes obstetric imaging with OB experience required, along with general and vascular ultrasound capabilities. ARDMS certification is required and must be on the profile at submittal; BLS is also required. Obtain appropriate patient history, prepare patients, and ensure high‑quality images for interpretation. Document findings in the Epic EMR and communicate results to interpreting physicians and the radiology team. Operate GE ultrasound equipment and maintain equipment safety and infection control practices. Collaborate with radiologists and other clinicians to coordinate imaging requests and scheduling. Adhere to patient safety, privacy, and standard‑of‑care guidelines; no ultrasound‑guided procedures or breast imaging required for this role. Requirements ARDMS certification required and must be in profile at time of submission. BLS certification required. Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience. OB imaging experience required, across all trimesters. Proficiency in general abdominal and vascular imaging; pediatric imaging some exposure acceptable. Familiarity with Epic EMR; GE ultrasound equipment experience preferred. Ability to work in a hospital setting (inpatient and outpatient).
