One of our most unique features is our 20,000 sq. ft. play-based ABA warehouse, a space designed to foster exploration, movement, creativity, and hands-on learning. This innovative environment gives children the opportunity to practice skills naturally through play, offering endless opportunities for growth and connection.

About the Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will have a vital role in assessing client needs, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and support staff to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions
• Provide training and support to families
  
• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and student analysts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development

Qualifications:

• Passion and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Must have active BCBA certification
• Minimum of two years' experience providing ABA therapy.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be bilingual

Compensation Package

• Part-time position
• Student Analyst Success Bonus: Bonus provided when a student analyst you supervise successfully passes their exam
• RBT Certification Bonus: Bonus awarded when an RBT under your supervision completes and earns their RBT certification
