Operations Specialist

Description These Operational support individuals will ensure all labor services required by the Operations Department are properly entered into NetSuite timely and accurately. The Operations Support team will create labor purchase orders for approved contractors, temporary labor, installation crews, and other labor-based services supporting operational activities Daily responsibilities will include the following: Receive labor PO requests from Field managers. Verify that required approvals and budget authorization have been obtained. Create purchase orders in NetSuite. Ensure correct vendor, GL coding, project/job number, and cost center information is entered. Submit POs for approval according to company policy. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
