Seneca is a high-growth drone and sensor company seeking a Business Operations Lead in Sausalito to own finance, contracts, compliance, purchasing, payroll, and people ops. You’ll partner with the CEO to scale operations, build processes, and guide M&A, equity and debt financings, and key partnerships.

You’ll manage outside partners, drive budgeting, and formalize vendor and HR workflows while shaping the company’s path to scale and profitability.
