SUMMER GROUNDSKEEPER

Overview Summer Groundskeeper (part‑time and seasonal, June–Sept., 20–29 hours per week; times may vary) We are looking for a reliable and motivated high school student to assist with groundskeeping, lawn care, and general property maintenance during the summer months. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on work experience, develop practical skills, and work outdoors in a team environment. Responsibilities Mow, trim, and edge lawns. Manage weeds in lawns, flower beds, and landscaped areas. Water and maintain plants, shrubs, trees, and flower beds. Operate lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Remove leaves, debris, and litter from the ground. Assist with seasonal landscaping projects. Be available for flexible shifts. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma. Experience: We will train. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Knowledge of lawn equipment (mowers, weed eater, blowers, edgers). Verbal communication skills to present information and ideas; understanding of safety procedures. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Team‑work skills and willingness to learn.
