Human Resources InternIn the Human Resources Intern role, you will support the Human Resources team with production recruiting, employee relations, annual HR programs, and special projects while gaining broad exposure to HR operations in a manufacturing environment. This internship will help a busy HR team support approximately 650 employees and manage more than 40 direct-hire openings.• Assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly production positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring follow-up.• Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to support an organized and positive hiring experience.• Support onboarding and other activities that help new employees transition successfully into the organization.• Assist the HR Business Partner with employee-relations activities, documentation, and follow-up under appropriate guidance.• Support annual HR processes, including open enrollment and performance management.• Help coordinate employee events, training sessions, schedules, materials, and communications.• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and recruiting trackers while handling sensitive information with discretion.• Contribute to HR process improvements and complete other projects and duties based on business needs.• Manufacturing HR Business Partner support• High-volume production recruiting and candidate coordination• Employee relations in a manufacturing environment• New-hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes• Annual HR programs, including open enrollment and performance management• Training coordination and employee engagement events• HR reporting, recordkeeping, and Microsoft Office tools• Cross-functional communication and continuous process improvement• A professional office and manufacturing business environment• The day-to-day work of an HR team supporting approximately 650 employees• Recruiting and workforce needs for a high-volume production operation• Employee policies, confidential information, and consistent HR practices• Collaboration with HR leaders, hiring managers, supervisors, employees, and candidates• Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced organization• Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.• Interest in human resources, recruiting, employee relations, and manufacturing operations.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and time-management skills.• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.• Ability to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment, and work both independently and collaboratively.• Availability to work 20–40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.
