Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation including case notes and plan reviews. Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines. Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20 client visits per week as a full‑time clinician. Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, school staff, and other Ellie staff. Attend all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Contribute to a thriving team culture. Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution and on track to obtain licensure. Valid clinical licensure in Colorado (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, SWC, LSW, LPCC, etc.). Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation. Experience completing treatment plans and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Timely completion and submission of documentation. Comfort working with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus). Pass a background check. Licensed clinicians credentialed with insurance panels are a plus. Bilingual clinicians are a plus. Location This position is located in Greeley, CO. The role serves clients primarily in‑person with an option for telehealth where clinically appropriate. Compensation Annual salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year.
