Build personalized plans focused on ADLs, safety, and functional mobility. Provide hands‑on therapy in a setting that directly translates to daily life. Document care in EMR and collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team. What You Bring Active Minnesota OTR/L license. A patient‑first mindset and passion for functional outcomes.
