Accounting Assistant/Project Coordinator
Our client has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant/Project Coordinator with Construction industry experience to join their team.
The duties will include the following:
- Accounts Receivable: Includes AIA billing of projects, miscellaneous billings.
- Collection of receivables.
- Executing contracts, enrolling subs and GGR in CCIP, OCIP
- Requesting COI for each project.
- Requesting Bonds on jobs as needed.
- Filing of liens when needed.
- Enter budgets for projects.
- Set up new jobs in systems, inventory & accounting.
- Filing "Notice to Contractor"
- Processing Change Orders as needed.
- Support other staff members as needed.
