Where no two days are the same.Location Details: Locations are Deer Valley AZ or Seattle WA with possibility to work remotely.About the Job You Are ConsideringWe are seeking a Software Engineer with deep experience in safety-critical avionics software development supporting military and surveillance platforms.Your RoleDevelop embedded avionics software in C++ with a focus on RFIO. Perform DO-178C compliant software development (DAL A preferred). Create and manage requirements using DOORS. Support software certification artifacts (plans, requirements, traceability). Conduct code reviews, builds, and configuration management. Support flight test integration, including interpretation of aircraft wiring/data flows. Support software testing using Python.Your Skills and ExperienceStrong experience with DO-178C, embedded SW dev lifecycle. Proficiency in C/C++, build systems, and compiler configurations. Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, CM tools. Familiarity with certification/documentation environments. Experience with signal processing, FPGA interfacing (Hardware Registers) and RFIO. Experience with Python. Preferred: Military avionics or surveillance system experience. Exposure to flight test environments.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $79,750 - $159,500 / year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
