Part Time Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian (RD)Come join our management team! We are a long term care facility in north Denver with 185 skilled residents. We are currently looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD) to oversee the Food and Nutrition Services Department. The RD will work with facility Culinary director to oversee all aspects of the Food and Nutrition Services Department to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.The Registered Dietitian plans modified diets as requested by attending physician, provides oversight for the food services department, and provides nutritional assessments for patients as needed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.Education, Experience, and Licensure RequirementsBachelor's degree in dietetics or related program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and DieteticsCurrently registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and meet licensure or certification per State requirements. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.Registered with American Dietetic AssociationPrior experience in nutritional assessment and planningTwo (2) years' experience in a health care facility.
