Job description of the position includes: Serves as the subject matter expert in the areas of Adoption Assistance Program (AAP) and Interstate Compact on Adoption and Medical Assistance (ICAMA). Conducts AAP monitoring of counties and adoption regional offices. Acts as the lead staff representing the Division on activities, assignments, meetings and work groups related to AAP and ICAMA. Develop and implement policies, programs, trainings, and resources related to AAP and ICAMA.
