Job Description Centurion is looking for a Data Analyst with an Active Secret Clearance for an on-site role in Falls Church, VA. This individual will play a key role in supporting healthcare optimization and staff optimization efforts while interfacing directly with clients. The ideal candidates can efficiently and effectively translate technical concepts to senior leaders in a complex healthcare environment and manage leadership materials and briefs that may be routed to executive leaders. - Advanced Excel skills
- Power BI / Tableau (or willingness to train up)
- R/Python/SQL proficiency (or willingness to train up)
- Data Analytics/Engineering Background
- Strategic planning and strategic communications
- Meeting facilitation and stakeholder alignment
- Strong client presence and executive communication
- Cross-functional collaboration (clinical, operational, and leadership teams)
- Ability to lead client work with minimal oversight
- Secret Clearance
- At least 5 years of professional experience
