Quality Assurance EngineerLocation: Los Angeles, US (Hybrid - 3 Days)Basic Qualifications:8 Years of experience in Quality Assurance Engineering.Required Skills:Strong experience in Functional Testing, Test Automation, and Performance Testing.Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.Experience with Reflect.run is preferred.Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and proficiency in AI-powered development tools like Claude and Cursor IDE.Hands-on experience with performance testing, preferably with K6.Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, test execution, and defect management tools such as Jira and TestRail.Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.Role and responsibilities:Perform end-to-end QA testing across functional, automation, and performance testing domains for a B2C portal within the account.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.Execute manual and automated test scripts, identify defects, and track them through resolution.Participate in regression testing, release validation, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.Document test results clearly and communicate findings effectively to project stakeholders.Work closely with the broader AI framework initiatives and leverage AI-driven approaches to improve testing efficiency.Job description:We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles.
