You will check in guests, answer phones and take reservations, respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies, process invoice and reconcile accounts. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, keep accurate financial records and ledgers, help prepare for forecasts and audits.Does this sound like you?You have at least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor. You have an eye for detail and a passion to provide quality of service to our guests. You have prior Hyatt brand experience, excellent computer, customer service and communication skills.
