Press Machine Operator Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Press Machine Operator Location: Halstead, KS Pay Range: 17.5019.44/hr Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th What's the Job? Operate and set up hydraulic presses to ensure efficient production Monitor machines during operation and perform basic troubleshooting as needed Follow safety procedures and adhere to production guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Assist team members in maintaining a clean and organized workspace Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards What's Needed? Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, machines, or similar equipment High School Diploma or GED Reliable, team-focused work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow within the company What's in it for me?
