Associate Director of Program Management

To support a growing Insights division, the full-time Associate Director of Program Management will oversee the execution of large-scale survey research and data programs, manage resource allocation, and lead a team of project managers while working remotely or from Washington D.C. Key responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale survey research, translating client roadmaps into detailed project plans and timelines Design and implement standardized workflows and tools to track project performance and mitigate risks Act as the primary liaison between data science, polling, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives Required qualifications 5-7+ years of relevant program management experience, including 2+ years in people management Deep experience working with data science, engineering, and analytics teams, with familiarity in analytical concepts Expertise in designing and optimizing project management ecosystems like Asana and Jira Demonstrated success in driving the adoption of new workflows across diverse teams Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from inception to delivery
