- Assist customers with selecting wireless plans, devices, and accessories
- Activate new lines, upgrades, and account changes
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Recommend products and promotions based on customer needs
- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Wireless industry experience (Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro, Verizon, etc.) is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to assigned store locations if needed
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- $10–15 per hour, based on experience
- Uncapped commission with an average of $1,500 per month
- Top performers earn $4,000+ per month
