Professional couple is seeking a loving, proactive, and dependable nanny to care for their two boys, ages 3 and 4. This child-focused role centers on providing engaging, age-appropriate care that encourages learning, creativity, and active play. Their boys love outdoor adventures, outings, and hands-on activities, so the ideal candidate will be energetic, playful, and genuinely enjoy getting involved in the fun while also maintaining consistent routines, structure, and clear expectations. Both children attend school at times during the week and the nanny may have one or both children. When they are away, the nanny will focus on child-related household tasks, including organizing play spaces, rotating toys, children's laundry, and preparing for the week. Candidates with strong organizational skills who enjoy helping keep children's spaces functional and uncluttered, along with occasionally assisting with light family assistant or house tasks, are encouraged to apply. The family employs a housekeeper, so deep cleaning is not required. Strong English communication skills and the ability to swim are required, as the family has a pool. Candidates who have the flexibility to provide additional weekday coverage and date night care when their primary weekday nanny is unavailable, are encouraged to apply, though this is not required. This family would love a nanny who can grow to become an extended member of the family. This job is available now.
