Location: In-Person (Local Neighborhoods)

Compensation: 100% Commission / Uncapped Commission / Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day)

• Own Your Territory: Hit the pavement in assigned local neighborhoods, initiating high-energy, face-to-face conversations with potential customers.

• Pitch with Purpose: Deliver compelling, tailored pitches that show people exactly how our services can improve their lives.

• Crush the Funnel: Scout, qualify, and secure high-quality leads for our sales pipeline.

• Be a Brand Champion: Educate the community, answer questions like a pro, and leave a great impression at every doorstep.

• Track Your Wins: Log your daily interactions and notes using our field tech/apps so your team can follow up and close the deal.

• Bilingual skills (huge plus for connecting with diverse neighborhoods).

• Familiarity with canvassing apps or field tech.
