Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator

Bilingual Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to join our Hauppauge, NY office. This role supports our clients’ staffing needs by managing full-cycle recruitment, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with all company and client requirements. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for roles. Post and manage job ads across multiple recruiting platforms. Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process. Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and training schedules. Manage employee scheduling and job assignments. Collect and verify employee timesheets for payroll. Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments. Maintain accurate reports on staffing metrics and activity. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients. Collaborate with the sales team to meet client expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and candidates. Requirements Able to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Additional Qualities Team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Friendly, energetic, and passionate about staffing. Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
