This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on industry experience with a clear path to advance into a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Agent role. We will provide the support, training, and resources to help you earn your license and step into a high-earning sales career.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to existing policyholders, answering billing and policy questions.

• Build local community relationships and engage prospective clients.

• Assist with client follow-up, database management, and administrative support.

• Learn Allstate’s product offerings and sales processes to help educate customers on protecting their families and assets.

• Support the agency team in identifying cross-sell opportunities and qualifying new sales leads.

Qualifications

• License Requirements: No insurance license or prior insurance experience required to start. Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (and/or Life & Health) licensing for promotion to full-time agent status (existing license is a plus).

• Skills & Drive: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and effective at multi-tasking and prompt follow-up.

• Career Goals: A strong desire to learn, grow, and transition into a full-time licensed sales role.
