Coordinate assigned shift activities, maintain electronic health records, administer treatments, and supervise support staff as assigned.QualificationsGraduate of an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program (or qualifying foreign nursing program)Degree issuing institution and or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S. Department of EducationMinimum 1 year of RN experience in a hospital, medical office, or residential settingCurrent, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice or compact stateCurrent American Heart Association BLS certificationAbility to utilize telephonic interpreter/translation services to complete assigned duties if not fluent in a language the patient understands.PreferredSpanish proficiency highly preferredDetention/correctional or residential healthcare experienceSkills Strong communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, and cultural competency skills. Ability to work in a multicultural environment, maintain HIPAA/PII confidentiality, use EHR systems and Microsoft Office, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Schedule Facility operates 24/7/365. Must be available for day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts and respond during emergency activations.
