We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the first friendly face and voice our customers encounter.

In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting a variety of administrative functions that keep our dealership running smoothly. Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Rotating Saturday schedule with one scheduled day off during that week. What You'll Do

Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude Direct customers to the appropriate team members and departments Maintain customer phone and walk-in traffic logs Process, record, and file incoming inventory paperwork Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail Order and maintain office supplies Assist with general office and administrative tasks Support dealership operations with additional projects and duties as needed What We're Looking For

Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment Why Join PleasureLand RV Center?
