Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV skills to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing quality patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with an emphasis on collaboration and effective communication.Responsibilities:Provide patient care in outpatient and inpatient settings.Manage and implement patient care plans based on individual needs.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) utilizing EPIC and EndoWorks systems.Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations as scheduled.Qualifications:Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be American Heart Association approved).Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.Proficient in IV skills and related procedures.No floating required—consistent assignment to a specific unit.Work Schedule:Shifts vary but typically consist of four days a week from 07:00 to 17:30. Weekend call coverage will be required, with self-scheduling available for weekday call hours.Orientation and Dress Code:One week of floor orientation will be provided for new hires.Uniforms must consist of navy blue pants and solid navy blue or white tops, with navy blue or white jackets.Miscellaneous Information:This role primarily involves managing a patient load of approximately 100 cases, with 75 cases in the outpatient setting and 25 cases in the inpatient setting.
