Pay 22.00–25.00/hr based on experience Additional Salary Information salary: $45,000 - $52,000 per year Shift & Hours shift: Third work hours: 5 PM - 5 AM Education High School Industry Folding Carton | Paper Packaging | Manufacturing Role Summary Randstad USA is seeking experienced Material Handlers / Warehouse Associates for direct hire opportunities in Bolingbrook, IL. This position supports a fast-paced folding carton manufacturing operation by receiving, storing, staging, and distributing raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse or manufacturing experience and is comfortable operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts, roll clamp trucks, and pallet jacks. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment Forklift experience preferred Roll clamp experience strongly preferred Pallet jack and material-handling experience Ability to learn and operate warehouse tracking systems Basic computer skills strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or GED preferred Forklift/roll clamp certification preferred, although company training and certification may be available Physical & Work Environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to push/pull loads up to 100 lbs Regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling Safety glasses and steel-toe shoes required in manufacturing areas Hearing protection required in designated areas Must maintain clean and clear work areas and follow all facility safety procedures Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and inventory Verify product quantities and condition against packing lists and purchase orders Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, roll clamps, and other material-handling equipment Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders for shipment Move raw materials, finished products, and work-in-process throughout the manufacturing facility Accurately document incoming and outgoing shipments in the warehouse tracking system Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Identify and report inventory discrepancies Ensure materials are staged correctly to support production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment Follow all food safety, quality, hygiene, and plant procedures Assist Warehouse and Operations leadership as needed The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 10lbs standing for 10 hours at one time working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week Skills Material Handling Moving Material Material Requirement Plan/MRP GMP Roll Clamp Forklift Material Staging WMS Cycle Counting RF Scanner Pallet Jack Clamp Truck Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Equal Opportunity Employer Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
