Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s Sierra Nevada foothills near Sonora.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments

• Review patient histories, laboratory results, and diagnostic information

• Develop individualized anesthesia plans

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care

• Manage patients throughout the perioperative process

• Monitor physiological responses and intervene appropriately

• Support postoperative recovery and pain management

• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procedural teams

• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation

• Participate in applicable quality and patient-safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program

• Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility

• Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• PALS certification when required

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment

• Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
