Qualifications and Skills:

• Current, active Texas OT license required
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings, is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in providing individualized therapy, conducting assessments, and maintaining detailed documentation
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of 22 students across three schools
• Maintain all required IEP/ARD documentation and participate in ARD meetings
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop data-driven plans of care
• Provide therapy sessions in designated conference rooms; must supply your own therapy materials and equipment
• Collaborate effectively with educational staff, students, and their families to support student development

What to Expect:

• Begin your assignment as soon as possible, with the current contract running through early June 2027 and potential for renewal
• Work 1-2 days per week, approximately 8 hours per week (30-35 hours monthly)
• Make a visible difference while managing a focused caseload in a collaborative, resourceful school environment
• Enjoy highly competitive compensation, with rates in the range of $45-$50 per hour, paid weekly
