Training Provided What You'll Do As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in‑home, in‑school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed. Deliver individualized ABA therapy services Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and document client data accurately Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Collaborate with families and clinical team members Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress Accurately keep record of client’s progress Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services Services provided in-person throughout Arizona Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement What we expect from you: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Active registration with the BACB High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children preferred ABA experience preferred, but not required Schedule Options Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available Build Your Future with Total Care ABA At Total Care ABA, you're more than an employee—you're part of a team committed to helping children achieve meaningful progress while supporting your personal and professional growth.
